Before the upgrade, we were resetting our modem and router constantly. It had just become part of life. Personal Technology also recommended we switch from AT&T to Spectrum, and the combination of better service and a properly designed network made an immediate and dramatic difference. We never reset anything anymore. The team assessed our space carefully and designed a system around how we actually live: multiple devices, streaming, video calls, remote work. The installation was clean and professional, and they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. The difference was immediate. Dead zones gone. Streaming smooth everywhere. I wanted to add amps to our Sonos system to connect our wired indoor and outdoor speakers. Chris responded within minutes and we scheduled a day for him to come to the house to consult on what was needed. He was prompt, courteous (wore a mask the whole time), and quickly sent an estimate for the work that needed to be done. The amps were on back order but when the arrived, he contacted me for installation. Sam was sent to install. He was equally courteous, prompt and professional. Chris and his team did an outstanding job installing a complete Sonos system in our house.
