5 Stars!!! Had a great experience working with Henry. After I told him what I was looking for, he quickly found properties that matched my criteria. What really stood out was that he genuinely cared about helping us find the right home, not just making a sale. During the transaction, he carefully inspected the property and negotiated like a champion, got over $20,000 in sellers credit for us. We were extremely impressed and highly recommend him.

First, I don't really do any of the social media stuff. I have never done any reviews (until now)! However, I really felt compelled to give some appreciation to this Southern California hidden gem... I know, I know... It sounds so cliché and even more so when referring to a person, but I do wish for more people to discover Henry Tran from EXP Realty of SoCal! When it comes to a huge investment like a house, it's essential to work with a real estate agent you can trust. Luckily for me, I have known Henry for years, so when the time came, it was a no-brainer. Henry is a bright young man, knowledgeable beyond his years, and a master of his craft! He will take his time to explain the whole process in detail from start to finish. His communication skills are top notch, not to mention, he is able to speak 3 different languages (English, Vietnamese, and Cantonese). Being part of the Vietnamese community here, I know how hard and scary it is for some to go through the home buying process. There are so many steps, words you don't even understand, agents that will take advantage of your ignorance... With Henry on your side though, you are in good hands! Furthermore, Henry has a vast network of home/realty professionals that will assist with all the aspects of home buying/selling process. He will give you the best possible recommendations but will not push or force you to only listen to him. You are welcome to use/find your own mortgage lender, inspections, and such. Personally, I would advise everyone to do their own research before committing themselves to anything. Obviously, I could just go on and on about how great Henry is, but let's just take a moment to enjoy the grand finale of the whole process (see picture) and the start of a new journey as a homeowner!
