Serious Concerns Regarding Roseman Law’s Practices I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the unethical practices of Roseman Law, APC. This firm is notorious for playing “gotcha” games with association boards and management, prioritizing profit over fairness and ethical responsibility. Their tactics create an unfair and hostile environment for homeowners, exploiting legal loopholes to benefit boards at the expense of residents. Roseman Law appears to encourage boards to target homeowners, knowing that prolonged legal battles can financially strain residents. They engage in questionable practices, such as personally contacting homeowners despite legal representation, disregarding ethical legal conduct. Additionally, when board members are sued, Roseman Law ensures that claims are tendered to insurance, forcing the insurance company to hire its own legal team—while Roseman profits from “overseeing” the lawsuits. This manipulative strategy benefits the firm while leaving buildings like mine in complete distress. For example, my building’s election, originally scheduled for November, was delayed until April without justification. Roseman Law also imposed an anti-harassment policy on our building but fails to hold the board accountable when harassment is directed at residents. Their selective enforcement is both hypocritical and deeply concerning. It is clear that Roseman Law actively participates in management bullying and unethical legal practices. I urge others to educate themselves about the dangers of association attorneys who prioritize profits over justice. These issues must be addressed to protect homeowners from further harm.
