We had the pleasure of working with Brian at Surreal System for the installation of a new Eero mesh system in our home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the start, Brian demonstrated outstanding professionalism and a genuine commitment to ensuring my WiFi signal was optimized throughout the house. His attention to detail during the installation was exceptional, and he took the time to explain everything clearly so I could get the most out of the new system. What sets Brian apart is his dedication to ongoing service—he promptly returned for follow-up visits to assist with additional technology installations and provided the same excellent level of care. I highly recommend Brian and Surreal System for anyone seeking reliable, top-notch support.

Surreal Systems did an amazing job with our entire home system. We did light switches, new TVs and speakers- indoors and outdoors. Such a professional job and we are loving the technology. Brian is always available when we have questions or want to make adjustments. Would definitely recommend.

Brian was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He installed our TVs, set up our whole-house music system, and programmed our Control4 system seamlessly. He was professional, detail-oriented, and clearly knows his stuff. What really stood out was how responsive he was—even after the job was done, he quickly answered our follow-up questions and made sure everything was working exactly how we wanted it. If you’re looking for someone reliable and knowledgeable for your home AV setup, I highly recommend Brian and Surreal Systems

As a project and property manager in Orange County, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of vendors—and Brian at Surreal Systems stands out as one of the best. I’ve hired him and his team for several projects, from simple tasks like mounting a TV to full-scale rewiring of entire homes for smart systems, including window sensors, security integration, ceiling speakers, and full audiovisual setups. Brian is incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to high-end home automation systems like Control4 and Sonos. His team is professional, reliable, and very easy to communicate with. They’re responsive, show up on time, and always follow through. Another big plus is their billing system—super user-friendly, with options to select add-ons and upgrades if needed, making the whole process smooth and transparent. I highly recommend Brian and Surreal Systems for any home automation, security, or AV needs. They’ve consistently delivered high-quality work and exceptional service.
