Worst experience moving from Nevada to Ohio. I'd NEVER recommend! Do yourself a favor and go with another company. ********** Definitely not a mistake. You need to just maybe watch who you subcontract out to because your company name is impacted at the end of the day, but it was definitely your company.

Our PCS move started out as a positive experience. The crew was professional during packing, and everything seemed to go smoothly. Unfortunately, that changed once our household goods were delivered. When we unpacked, we discovered that one of our shelves was broken. More concerning, my purse never arrived, along with the money that had been in my children’s piggy bank. The day after the movers packed our home, fraudulent charges also appeared on my credit cards. The missing purse contained a wallet and those credit cards, so the timing is extremely concerning. I understand that not every issue can be explained immediately, but this experience has been incredibly stressful for my family. We are now dealing with missing property, damaged items, and the aftermath of fraudulent credit card activity on top of settling into a new duty station. I hope the company takes these concerns seriously, thoroughly investigates what happened, and works to make things right. Based on my experience, I encourage other military families to carefully document their belongings before and after a PCS move.

I hired Executive Moving to move the contents of my home from Palm Springs to Newport. The initial quote (time and number of vaults required for storage) was spot on! The movers were on time, incredibly hard working and professional. I was incredibly impressed and will absolutely use their services in the future!!

Movers were great! They packed our stuff very carefully, took everything we asked, delivered cross country sooner than expected, and unloaded and reassembled everything at our new place. Our driver Ricardo was friendly and professional, and knew how to manage the loading and unload crews at both locations. A+ work!

I have used EMS multiple different times, and honestly cannot recommend their services enough! From Justin in the office, being beyond helpful and his team who comes out to the house. I have had the privilege of having Fernando & his crew move me a few times, and they really are the best. Every employee I have came across is beyond kind and courteous. They take such good care In packing everything as well as protecting all the furniture. Not too add how fast they are. As soon as they arrive they don’t stop! Fernando made sure to do an entire walk through of inventory to be packed upon arrival, as well as at the end to make sure nothing was missed. Truly can’t say enough but EMS. Thank you for everything, moving is brutal and With you guys it was so smooth!
