Very disappointing experience with this company on an installation at our Boston location. Enrique and Tyler S. were horrible on the customer service side of things as well. The install crew had to return multiple times because the work was not completed correctly the first time, which created unnecessary disruption and delays. On one of the return visits, the installer arrived late in the day, forcing our employees to stay beyond their scheduled hours and resulting in additional overtime expense at time-and-a-half. Despite the repeated visits, poor execution, and added costs their installation issues caused us, the final invoice included no acknowledgment, credit, or discount whatsoever. For a professional installation company, this level of execution and accountability is unacceptable. We asked for a reduction of cost based on the above issues and were met with a sorry but no response. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend considering other vendors before using them for an important project.

They can make and install high quality signage - made our industrial building look way more professional. Thanks!!
