Do not rent from these people management is horrible they don’t respond especially John lentz I’ve tried contacting him on so many different occasions and he never responds or the secretary tells me he’s in a meeting and it doesn’t matter how many time you leave a message for them To call you back they won’t communication sucks it took them 4-5 months to find a leak in my apartment and they had to replace my floor 2 times in that 4-5 months and the whole time I was the one playing messenger between the manager and maintenance and half the time maintenance and I couldn’t even get a hold of John they really deserve 0 stars not Ben to mention he’s tude not just to us but other tenants as well

Had a great experience with a gentleman named Robert Cardenas . We went to check out two different units at an El Monte location and he was very friendly , had a great attitude , and really made us feel welcomed. Thank you for your hospitality Robert , it was good to have met you .

Terrible service. I ended my lease, and they charged me for things that don't exist. They even charged me for a late day despite returning my apartment 20 days before the end date. I'm being charged for things that don't exist. I’ve tried contacting the manager, whose name is John Lentz, and he won’t answer my calls or emails. I’ve left messages with his secretary, but he doesn't respond—he's ghosting me and ignoring me. Terrible service. They didn't refund my full deposit. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but he won't take my calls or reply to my emails.
