Irv Tons has been our family Broker for over 25 years when he sold my father his home. He is very knowledgeable as we just closed escrow on a 5 unit project. I would recommend him to represent Clients with all types of property. Getting this 5 unit, needed an expert in the Field, Irv, being so knowledgeable, made it a very smooth process! He even helped rent out one of the units that were vacant. Thank you Irv! I recommend him to everyone!

My husband and I needed a real estate agent to sell our home. A friend who had a positive and successful sale of her home with Irv Tons as her agent highly recommended him to us. We had a negative experience with another real estate agent before, but after speaking with Irv, it was clear to us that he had the knowledge, expertise, and qualifications needed to help us sell our home. We decided to sign on with Irv as our agent. Irv arranged for an open house one week later, and the next day, we had a solid offer for significantly more than our asking price. Without question, Irv’s years of experience as a real estate agent, his vast knowledge of the real estate market, and his professionalism and integrity resulted in our having such a positive experience selling our house. My husband and I will definitely want Irv Tons for our real estate agent in the future. I would highly recommend Irv Tons and his team at Pointe Real Estate to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home.

Irv is a seasoned pro that is easy to work with , and is a fierce negotiator when it comes to getting the best deal for you, whether it is representing you in a sale, and buying your next home or investment property. I have worked with him on several deals and all have ended in a successful manner.

I can recommend Irv Tons without any reservation, my wife and I found him to be a five star realtor. Our house was sold in the matter of days over the listing price, Irv is a true professional and will guide you in all phases of Home buying or selling. Put Irv Tons on the top of your list if you are looking to buy or sell.

We have been using Irv Ton in our property transactions for a number of years. He is very knowledgeable and professional as our as estate agent. Irv enjoys what he is doing and that make the process so much easier for us.
