They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they put you on hold only to hang up shortly after. After countless attempts to get answers, all I ever hear is that they are “waiting for the judge to approve the settlement.” This firm advertises having offices in multiple counties, but that’s simply not true. You’ll never get to speak with an actual attorney—only with paralegals or assistants who provide little to no real help. I strongly recommend avoiding this law firm. Go to Dennis Block instead of this law firm. They will take your money and not solve the case; instead, they negotiate with tenants and drain your pockets. At least Dennis Block has active attorneys fighting the cases. This guy won't even show up to court. A nightmare to work with, these people. Do your homework before you pay any money here, or else you will be taken for a long ride and lose the case.
