Yes. They are a family company. Super sweet Donna answering the phone. Tony and Derrell were professional, nice, quick, and patient. I would use them again. And I highly recommend. Thank you!!!

Donna & JP shredders are an amazing. We have used them several times for mobile services for our medical practice and they deliver great service for a reasonable price. I manage remotely and Donna works with me and my local staff seamless. Do not use anyone else but these folks! Thank you!!!

We just shredded 212 pounds of paper (6-7 standard file boxes) for $42. The whole process, from making an appointment to watching our documents shredded, was fast and easy. Donna is a pro, but also warm and kind, so the experience was pleasant and painless. Thank you, Donna and JP Paper Shredders!

If there was ever such thing as a Wonderful experience shredding documents, then I just had it. JP shredders in Azusa California is an amazing company. Not only are they 50% cheaper than any other company I checked with, but they are a delight and Donna is wonderful. Not only will they shred your documents right in front of you but allow you to watch it go through the commercial machine saving you hundreds of hours if you had to do it yourself., But she also gives you a certificate and job number of completion afterwards so you can deduct it from your taxes. What an amazing company and old school business model where customer satisfaction comes first. Don’t trust dropping documents off anywhere. Drive straight to JP paper shredders And have the peace of line and confidence, knowing that your intellectual property, private documents, and identity is safe and will be disposed of within 60 seconds. I recommend this company highly. Dan J

Wonderful place to take personal files to be shredded and recycled. Donna is fantastic to communicate with. She knows her business well. We had 260 pounds of files and the cost was reasonable beyond a doubt. You can watch the process as well. They shredded all hanging folders as well as manila file folders with info. No need to separate. They were glad to do it. Highly recommend this business and contact Donna!
