I just had one of the worst experiences with Solomon Cohen and his team. After receiving notice that my homeowner policy would not be renewed due to fire risk, I reached out to Solomon for help. Victor Flores on his team confirmed receipt of my information and advised that they would be reaching out for quotes...and it might take a few weeks. After over a month, I contacted Victor and learned nothing had been done. The excuse was that my insurance company should not have sent the non-renewal notice. I asked them for a copy of the specific law/ordinance confirming this. They sent me documentation that clearly showed my zip code was not protected (also confirmed by my current insurance company). Victor actually asked me to tell him where my city of residence was...after having my information for over a month! I'm now in a bind because I made the mistake of trusting this organization. On top of all of this - zero accountability. Notes like "sorry for this unfortunate outcome" or "the lack of communication you received is troublesome". Not "we were wrong", "we made a mistake", "let's work with you to make this right and help with a FAIR policy". Complete and utter incompetence.

I have a family of 3 and he got me an inexpensive life insurance policy. He likes to call it W-ife insurance. Sol is the best with a heart of gold. He is also a guru with insurance claims and will do anything to make his clients happy. I highly recommend him.

Solomon Cohen is THE best insurance agent - always on top of everything, very knowledgeable, personal, professional and always takes excellent care of any inquires/concerns, etc. A true gem in the industry - Solomon has been handling all of my insurance needs for over 25 years.
