I spoke with Adrian at intake. He was very kind and understanding about my situation, and thoroughly explained everything before continuing through the process. He also made me aware of the necessary documents and the timeline for it all. I wasnt left guessing or lost because he let me know before I even knew I needed the information. Very wise since I've never experienced this before and am not sure exactly what to expect. He stayed a step ahead. If all interactions are like this, it'll be nice alternative to what I have been going through. He was a nice reprieve from it all.

I’m very happy to share feedback after my Blackstone Law intake with Felicia this morning. During phone and written communications alike, she continues to be professional, knowledgeable, patient, clear, and thorough. Her demeanor is matched by rapport building skills, both of which are excellent! After the intake, I came away feeling that Felicia can provide Blackstone’s legal team with a fully-rounded understanding of the issue that brought me to call them. She was thoughtful when requesting more clarity to a number of my responses and even identified when I got a date wrong by accident! Wow! All I can say is wow. I came here desperate for help, scared and unsure of my rights.
