I am a landlord who owns 15 multi-apartment units in Los Angeles. I currently reside in Texas and needed an eviction attorney to help evict a troublesome tenant from the unit. Jaron at BPCS Law Evictions was the best and most affordable help I could have received. I signed his power of attorney, allowing his company to retain the right attorney for me, and they executed the eviction process smoothly. The headache is gone, and I am very, very thankful for Jaron's help. Thank you, from Mr. Buchanan himself. Additionally, I forgot to add, I am a bit appalled by a few negative reviews I read about Jaron at BPCS Law Evictions, and I find them hard to believe. They never went MIA on me, but at times, he was not available on demand; however, he managed to get back in contact with me at a reasonable time to keep me updated. I cannot judge him or the company on that because I am a business owner myself, and at times, I cannot answer every call on demand, and at times, I do not get back to those calls until I can. That's a business that is growing. What matters is, did the job or promise get completed after you paid the price? My job was finished, and it went very well.

Honestly, this is a scam. I came to Jaron for help with my eviction with my landlord initially he started off very strong, but as my court date got closer he went MIA. When I first reached out, he was very responsive, attentive, and reliable. I called and at first I didn't get through to someone, but he gave me a call back I was able to talk through my situation from beginning to that present time. At the time, I really appreciated that because he came off very genuine and knowledgeable about my particular case. He even took one of my calls while he was on vacation, and talked me through some steps. I paid $1500 for a demand letter and a small claims filing. The demand letter did help my other attorney I ended up having to hire to finish the job. Where he lost me was, he said he was going to help me prepare for my actual court date but, but as mentioned, when that date approached he went MIA. I called and texted him, but was connected to another number and then directed to email him. Which I did and got no response. I ended up having to use ChatGPT to help me organize all my evidence and present it in court alone (which was successful), as well as hire another attorney to help with the settlement and make sure everything was legally sound. I also looked up my small claims case the he said he filed and I paid for and saw that he did NOT file it. So really I paid $1500 for a demand letter.

I highly recommend this eviction attorney. From the first consultation, they were professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. I was extremely stressed about my housing situation, and they immediately explained my rights and the legal process clearly. I originally hired Jaron to evict tenants for non-payment of rent. Initially Jaron was fantastic - very responsive and on top of everything. I then hired him to get a judgement against the tenants. That judgement was supposedly placed on June 30th. Jaron said the judgement wasn't handed over to their courier by the clerk because the court wanted a courier service identification card. That was supposed to have ben resolved by Aug 20th. It's now Oct 30th and Jaron hasn't responded to any of my messages since Aug 15th. Avoid this service and find someone reputable.
