Worst movers I’ve had and I move a lot. They burned my nice couch but no one would take accountability (blamed the crew in the Bay), and the company reneged their offer to fix it for me, opting to cover less than half the cost of repair. Movers also knocked a hole in my wall that they didn’t fix - it took many back and forth phone calls to reimburse me minimally.

I had a very disappointing experience with Paradise moving company. Poor communication was one of the biggest problems throughout the entire process. Chris Hardy, who was my main point of contact, failed to return multiple phone calls and emails despite repeated attempts to reach him after my move. The moving crew itself was sloppy and lacked attention to detail, especially on the delivery side. The contracted movers did not demonstrate the level of care or professionalism I expected, which added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. Unfortunately, Flavio the crew lead also failed to provide effective leadership. There appeared to be little coordination, oversight, or accountability during the move. Rather than proactively addressing issues and keeping the team organized, the lead seemed ineffective. Flavio was there on both the packing and unloading side, and was responsible for the breakdown and set up of my bed, which he completely failed on. After sleeping in my bed for just a few days, in began to come apart. I contacted both Flavio and Chris to make necessary repairs, and neither have responded. Between the poor communication, unreturned calls from Chris, the sloppy work by the contracted movers, and the lack of leadership on-site, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving service. To add insult to injury I had already tipped all the movers, including the lead prior to discovering these issues. I am giving them one star as they did show up and deliver on the days scheduled.

Best moving company I've ever dealt with. Always would answer the phone and emails. Price was exactly as quoted. No issues at all.

We just completed a move with Paradise Movers. They were fantastic in every respect. Scheduling was easy. The job coordinator came out to our house the next day to set up the move. The hard working 4 man crew who moved us, (Jesus, Giovanni, David and Manuel), were all friendly, professional and treated our possessions with great care. The final cost came in just as estimated. We couldn't be more pleased with our move. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PARADISE MOVERS!

The team was great, from coordinating on the phone, to packing my stuff and putting it in storage, to moving it all into my new place. Everything was smooth. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone moving.
