Our HOA was in trouble with the City because of some incorrect advice given to us by several contractors. A replacement project for damaged stairs and monument signs was completed without City permits. We were cited, and needed to produce after the fact architectural drawings, design and engineering drawings so we could apply for a permit. Oleksii's team at Vanguard stepped in, handled all the City staff's questions, provided the necessary drawings, and advocated on our behalf with the City planners. The Vanguard team's guidance, professionalism, and willingness to help were the key to our resolving the issues. They are amazing... I am recommending them to all our property management company's HOAs . They saved us !
