How the hell this place has such a high rating is amazing!!! They are dishonest. Will be bitter if you ever chose to not renew with them don’t trust them

Mark and the Encore team has been extremely helpful to me in a recent transaction. He has worked early and late and supported us when issues has popped up. I highly recommend him for his communication and insightful support. He has gone above and beyond for me and my team when there was nothing in it for him. He genuinely cares about helping people achieve their goals.

As a property manager, I've found Encore Realty to be exceptional in serving South County areas like Chula Vista, Bonita, and Eastlake. Their deep understanding of the local rental market and commitment to personalized service make them a reliable partner for property management needs.

Absolutely one of the best experiences working with Mark & Staff at Encore Realty. I had some adventures as a homeowner and they handled them all with professionalism, skilled expertise and experience. My only regret is I didn’t find them sooner.

Mark and the Encore team has been great at keeping the property rented, providing timely financials, and always communicates when any issues arise. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest property manager who will not nickle and dime you as an owner.
