Triton recently helped us transition to a new system and the experience has been great! They made the process of providing all the info they needed easy and thorough, spent hours making sure we were ported over and set up properly on the day of the transition, and have been responsive to making the revisions we've wanted to make. Nora and Jason especially have been wonderful--easy to communicate with and happy to answer whatever questions we've had. Also, we've had no dropped calls and clearer call quality since the transition.

I will definitely update this review, but I was impressed enough with how quickly Louis called me back. I left a voicemail after hours, and he called me back 2 minutes later to get more details so they can be prepared to try and called me in the morning to schedule something. Pricing over the phone to come out and access the situation was fair. Looking forward to hearing from them. UPDATED: 3/31/26 They came out the next day and were able to fix the problem within the service call fee. I am very happy that I reached out to them.

Triton Communications did a great job upgrading our phone system. Their staff was incredibly responsive and they made the entire project easier on all of us.

They go above and beyond to make sure every installation is done correctly, everything works as smoothly as it should and answer any questions we had. Our office has had service with Triton for 15 years +. They are very responsive, and have excellent customer service. Whenever we have an issue they are quick to come out and fix the problem, we can always depend on Triton to add they are very knowledgeable when it comes to our phone needs. Nora is great, she records all of our office greetings for holidays, or in general. No need to call Triton I just send an email and they take care of all of our office phone needs right away. All of their team is awesome - Highly recommend their service to anyone.
