I had a situation and called The Probate Guy's office and spoke to Matthew. I didn't have a case they could take on, however, Matthew took the time to listen and point me in the right direction. His insight helped me find the resolution I needed!! Thank you!!

I am truly grateful for Robert and his team at The Probate Guy for guiding me through the entire probate process. They were wonderful to work with — consistently communicative, proactive, and always keeping me informed of each step and update. His office staff is equally fantastic: kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Probate was completely new to me, and there were many unfamiliar parts along the way. Robert and his team were patient, thorough, and always willing to explain anything I didn’t understand. Their support made a complicated process feel manageable. Now that my probate case has successfully concluded, I can confidently recommend this firm to anyone with probate needs. They will take great care of you and provide the guidance you need from start to finish.

My probate case was a nightmare working with the reverse mortgage company. Robert and his team worked very hard to get the best possible outcome for me and my family. I consulted with other probate attorneys who advised me to do a quick sale and sell my family’s property as is; we would have lost an insane amount of money had we gone that route. Robert was willing to put in the work, and take the more difficult path. It was a long process, but completely worth it in the end. Robert is brutally honest, he will not sugar coat anything. He is also trustworthy and reliable. There were times I truly felt defeated, and even when I felt like giving up, he did not quit. If you’re looking for someone with expert experience, who will truly look out for you, you need to go with Robert. His entire team was very flexible with my schedule as well. They were helpful when I had specific questions about the process. They explained certain documents that I didn’t understand and they were very patient with me. Thank you Robert, Matthew, Alvin and team. I recommend your services 1000%

Robert is truly the probate guy. I spoke with several attorneys before choosing his firm, and I ultimately went with Robert because of his calm demeanor, the way he explained everything so clearly, and of course his stellar Google reviews (which is how I found him in the first place). Our dad passed away without a will, and we were completely lost about what came next. Robert and his team made the entire process as stress-free as possible during such a sensitive and emotional time. He truly handled everything for us. Robert and his staff are communicative, down-to-earth, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. If you have a question, Robert always gets back to you, and you can also call and speak with any of his assistants who are equally helpful. Robert has the probate process completely dialed in. He even works with a wonderful realtor, Alvin, who handled the sale of our dad’s condo seamlessly. I’m so grateful for this team. Thank you again, Robert, Matt, and Alvin.
