Hotels operate 24/7, and it's a big trouble when issues arise during holidays since those are our peak times of the year. We needed service right away last President's Day when their office was closed but one of the techs came right over to fix our problem.

Their customer service and tech support on point! They always support and solve issues when we report our network issues.

They solved our phone problems.

They never response and always change their words. Before contract, they said they would do everything for their customer, but when we made contract they said they cannot do nothing. I highly not recommend to choose this unresponsibility company.
