Mark is great! Our household had multiple issues with our home’s audio and movie systems that made it hard for our family to enjoy movies or listen to music. Mark was thorough, checking all our connections and each device to identify the source of our issues and solve them. He was also great at explaining the nature of each issue in simple ways that even my 60+ year old mother could understand. Thank you, Mark!

I recently had my security cameras installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, explained the entire process in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure to answer all of my questions. The installation itself was done with precision, and he ensured that the cameras were positioned for optimal coverage. He also took care of hiding the wires neatly, which made the setup look very clean and organized. What really stood out was the care he took in making sure I was comfortable using the system. He walked me through how to operate the cameras, use the app, and access the footage from my phone. He was patient and didn’t rush through anything, ensuring I knew exactly how everything worked before leaving. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were top-notch, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of camera installation!

He came out to provide an estimate to set up my whole home audio. I have in ceiling speakers throughout my home. I asked about using my rear in ceiling speakers with a Sonos amp in conjunction with my Sonos arc so I wouldn't have to buy a new Av reciever. He said he wouldn't do this because he didn't know how it would work to have a 5.1 through two separate Sonos systems even though this is something that Sonos supports. Basically refused to take the job and wanted me to pay for a consultation see if I wanted to modify his proposal For an audio solution company he's not knowledgeable about Sonos products. I was able to get this working on my own so it wasn't hard.

This review is long overdue. Simply put, Mark and his team have an done an amazing job!!!! I've had Mark do a couple of different jobs at my house, from home networking and home audio. Every time, Mark has knocked it out of the park. He's very knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and always cleans up after the job his done. The other great thing about Mark is that he's very approachable in that he's open to ideas - meaning its not his way or the highway. He wants to make sure you get what you want. Lastly, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that Mark stands behind his work meaning if you need him to look or fix something, he's there no questions asked and likely free of charge. Bottom line if you are looking for home audio, automation, networking, cameras, etc, look no further than Alonso Audio Solutions!!! Thank you Mark!!!

Mark goes above and beyond he was able to meet and exceed my expectations. He always shows up on time for the job and has supplies. If you need anything for your smart home Alonso Audio is 5 stars everytime. When he arrived to my apartment he got right to work completed the installation and left me impressed! Call and he will take care of you.
