Boris was such a pleasure to work with. He guided me through the whole process of renting my condo out with such ease. He’s so responsive and very detailed. I’m very happy with the whole experience, I will recommend him to everyone. Thank you again Boris!!!

Boris leasing service is top notch! He listens and is very pro active, communicative and organized. He meticulously screened and got me a great tenant for my condo rental in West Hollywood. I will be using Boris services when the time comes again.

I’ve had an excellent experience working with Boris Gutierrez as my property manager. From day one, Boris has been professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. He communicates clearly, follows through on commitments, and consistently acts with integrity and attention to detail. Boris clearly explained the screening criteria, communicated regularly, and made sure only well-qualified tenants were presented. What I appreciated most was his judgment and diligence—he took the time to find the right tenant, not just fill the unit quickly. The entire placement process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free, and I felt confident that my property was in good hands. Managing a property can be stressful, but Boris made the entire process smooth and reassuring. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy realtor and property manager who truly looks out for your best interests, I highly recommend Boris Gutierrez.
