My husband and I had 1000 questions and more than 10,000 things we didn’t know about every aspect of the home searching and purchasing experience. Enter Danny. Throughout our months of home searching which lead to a home purchase, he really listened to us and provided experienced guidance. From our first time meeting with him, he was amazing. He explained the entire process from beginning to end in understandable terms. Touring homes takes time and, fortunately, Danny has what seems to be unlimited patience and an excellent sense of humor. He helped us visualize what a home could look like (e.g., open this wall, change this closet door). He also a keen eye for potential structural issues (which may not show up in photos). Danny walked us through the offer process and helped us understand the ideal strategies. He clearly knows this industry well and wouldn’t let us bamboozled by anyone. Eventually, we found our ideal place, made the offer, went into escrow, went through all the inspections and appraisal, and are now homeowners. Danny is still working with us on making some updates to the home. He has many connections to high quality painters, cleaners, network installers, etc. He seems to have a person for everything. Danny was with us every step of the way. He is trustworthy, professional, communicative, patient, and an incredibly kind person. I would highly recommend Danny to anyone who is looking to purchase a home, whether you are a first time homebuyer or not. TL;DR: Danny is your guy. Definitely consider him if you want to buy a home. You will not regret it.
