Honestly the worst customer service i’ve received from an insurance company. Every time i’ve called they have the worst attitude. I’ve tried filing a claim for someone under their policies because they didn’t want to claim liability- they “took” down my information just to call back over a long weekend stating they don’t have anything on file. Gave them my information again just for them to continue giving attitude and saying they’re going to “report” it. Honestly such a headache dealing with them. Let’s hope you don’t get hit by one of their reckless drivers, very shady the way they handle everything.
