Toros delivered accurate plans on time and responded quickly to all inquiries. Would definitely use again.

The Team @ TB Real Estate Design efficiently and effectively completed a massive new build for my family. They made the process so easy and effortless. They assisted with design, all paperwork, plans and assisted in making a truly functional home for all our needs. We are extremely thankful for the whole team in creating our dream home. They were also very responsive and on top of everything. I would highly recommend this company.

Very knowledgeable in the construction field. Timely response and always easy to get along.

What an exceptional group TB REAL ESTATE DESIGN is! I've hired TB on several occasions throughout the years and each time my expectations were met and surpassed. From the initial talks on how I want things, all the way to and through the permitting process, all seemed like a breeze. Nearly, 7 years ago we hired Tony to design and build a bathroom for my ADU. So pleased with his services we hired him again 2 years later to design and build a gazebo in my backyard. Results! Off The Charts, blew me away. Each family function someone(s) has to make a comment... great conversation starter, perhaps I should build one at my office. And just a year ago we hired Tony and his team, again, to design a 250 sq ft addition to my existing home, with a complete interior remodel. Once more my wishes were fulfilled. Plans were approved in no time, with virtually no hiccups. And Pasadena planning department is no push over folks, they review every detail with a fine-tooth comb. If anyone has experienced construction, permits, plans, then you know the feeling: bad design=loss of time and money. Can't afford that. Make the right choice from the start and your project will seem far less painful than it has to. Thank you again Tony! I'll see you on the next project.

They took the time to understand my vision and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. Communication was clear, and their attention to detail ensured that everything went smoothly. If you’re looking for a reliable and talented team for any real estate design project, I highly recommend TB Real Estate Design. Thank you, Harry and Tony, for all your hard work and dedication!
