This is not rumor or speculation — these incidents are now part of active records. What began as a housing dispute quickly escalated into something dangerous. I received falsified legal notices under a stolen identity. When I reported it, I was met with aggressive conduct during a so-called eviction attempt. My personal belongings were damaged, I suffered a mild head injury, and shortly after, key security footage vanished. These actions left me not only unsafe, but deeply alarmed by the lengths taken to avoid accountability. I am sharing this not out of spite, but out of duty. Jeff and his team are hands down the best in evictions! If you have a bad tenant and need them out- he’s your man. Efficient , fast and treats you like family not just a customer. Truly worth every penny and gets the job done. My tenants were out in 2.5 months.
