We’re very pleased to have worked with Sheida Moradi Architects. They helped turn our vision for our first resturant project come true. They gave me a reasonable quote for the expedited project we requested. Overall, very happy with the design choices and communication.

I worked with Sheida on various types of projects for MEP design services, through reviewing and using architectural drawings provided by her, I found plans very complete and descriptive. I enjoyed working with her and continue to do so in future.

Working with Sheida Moradi on my restaurant project was one of the best decisions I made. As a first-time restaurant owner going through the planning and permitting process, I had no idea how complex everything could be. Sheida handled the entire architectural process from start to finish, including preparing the floor plans, submitting the plans to the city, responding to corrections, and working through every step until we received permit approval. What impressed me most was her communication and responsiveness. Anytime changes were needed, she would address them almost immediately and keep the project moving forward without delays. She was always available to answer questions, explain the process, and provide guidance, which gave me tremendous confidence and peace of mind throughout the project. Sheida is extremely professional, knowledgeable, organized, and efficient. She genuinely cares about her clients and is committed to making sure everything is done correctly. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, what could have been a stressful experience became a smooth and manageable process. This is my first time opening and building my own restaurant, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. She made the entire process easy to understand and helped me navigate every step with confidence. From the initial drawings to final permit approval, she was there every step of the way. I highly recommend Sheida Moradi to anyone looking for an architect who is reliable, responsive, and dedicated to delivering results. I am incredibly grateful for all of her hard work and would absolutely work with her again on future projects. — Stephen Victoria Owner, Euphoria Delicias Marina

Sheida is excellent - we worked with her for our commercial tenant improvement project. She is very friendly, and patient with all my questions. She explained the process and was able to get our permits issued within a week. I've already referred her to a fellow business owner, and recommend her highly!

I would highly recommend Sheida Moradi for your commercial or residential needs! I was working with an another Architects for our health department approval for coffee shop in Westlake Village but after having issues with I found Sheida on Yelp and she took over the project. She helped us with the corrections and we were able to pass the planning! She is really responsible, quick on her work and available almost every time I called or wanted to meet. Thank you so much!
