Very rude the girl who answered the phone on 7/29/26 about 3pm was very rude I reached out to Pisegna & zimmerman ll expecting a professional line of communication, but was met with an completely unacceptable response from the staff member who answered the phone. While I was in the middle of explaining my situation,the receptionist who answered abruptly cut me off and hung up the phone. Dealing with legal matters is often sensitive and stressful, and to be treated with such disrespect and lack of basic courtesy is incredibly unprofessional for a law office. Customer service and clear communication should be a priority for any firm representing clients. I would strongly caution anyone looking for a legal team that values clear communication and simple professional respect to look elsewhere.
