We had a great experience with Redline Moving. They were professional, efficient, and handled our move with care. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and made the entire moving process much less stressful. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, Joel and the team was courteous and easy to work with. We have used Redline three times over the past 2 year, and while our first two experiences were positive, our most recent has left us deeply disappointed. Our first move was in March 2024 when we relocated to our dream home the crew was excellent and everything went smoothly. Our second move came under difficult circumstances in March 2025, after a house fire caused severe smoke damage. Redline helped us pack and move our remaining belongings during an already stressful time, and we were grateful for their help. The third move took place three weeks ago. After replacing many items lost in the fire including new mattresses and furniture for our children the move was more involved due to the volume of belongings. Some items, including the mattresses, were placed in a storage unit since they couldn't fit in our new space. When we visited the storage unit today, we discovered that the mattresses had been wrapped improperly and were bent over the entire three weeks. They are completely ruined. These were not old mattresses , they were purchased less than a year ago specifically to help our family recover after the fire. I reached out to Redline and spoke with Joel, who has always been helpful and professional. However, he reminded me that their coverage is limited to $0.60 per pound standard moving insurance that falls far short of replacement value for mattresses that cost several hundred dollars each. Across three moves, we have paid over $5,000 for all moves within 5 miles of each other not including the generous tips and meals we gave each crew because we genuinely appreciated their hard work. My advice to anyone using a moving company: verify that they offer full replacement value protection, not just basic liability coverage. I learned this the hard way. Unfortunately, due to the lack of accountability and the absence of proper replacement insurance, we will not be using Redline again.

Moving out of state is very stressful and takes a lot of time to work out all the logistics. Joel with Redline Moving Company was our initial contact person and he was great setting us up for success with our long distance move! Alex and his moving teams were excellent! They took great care with our belongings, arrived early for both move out and move in, and they had very good time efficiency! Alex was also good about informing us if there were prior damages to our furniture. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you again!
