Horrible communication and has not returned any calls or emails..simply trying to get our tax information so someone else can help and she can’t even respond for that. Beware!

Totally screwed up two years of tax returns. E-filed my returns with my name spelled wrong and my SSN incorrect. Incurred over $5000 in IRS penalties. Had to fire her and pay someone else to redo my returns. Now she won't even refund a mere $350 fee, so it looks like I have to drag this through small claims court. Very unhappy.
