Lee and Associates Carlsbad (and I am sure all throughout San Diego) is understaffed and overpaid. Like others that have complained, they don't answer the phones unless you are making them $$. THEN you have to leave a message and wait 1-2 days for a call back. They were the company that helped us lease an office in Vista just over 2 years ago. Marko and his team are VERY hard to get a hold of. The building we are at is REALLY old and the HVAC doesn't work right. It takes 3-4+ hours to go up or down on the thermostat 1-3 degrees! They have done nothing to help us get the situations resolved. We would HIGHLY suggest that you look for offices managed by ANYONE but Lee & Associates!!! They are HORRIBLE!!

Please save yourself some time and hire a different Real Estate company. Is really hard to communicate with them and they never answer their phone. I was trying to lease a commercial property for a long period, but after almost 2 weeks they remembered to tell me that the owner is planning to demolish the building in the short term. Every time I asked question about the future of the building no one answered my question.

Bait and switch tactics. Never returns phone calls.

Highly professional staff. Very knowledgeable Realtors. Kelly Nicholls and Trent France are, by far, the most competant and informed Realtors I have met so far. They are diligent in there efforts. Handle very large deals as well as small. Can't miss with this team.

Walked in unannounced and was taken care of immediately by the VP of the company, explained all processes very well and answered all my questions. They have a vast and excellent portfolio of commercial properties.
