Who ever was driving the vehicle 9HGNO61and exited on mission gorge from the 8 at 10:35 am needs to learn to drive safely. They merge last second, and were speeding on the streets afterwards. I’d imagine this isn’t the reputation you want on your company.

Really not any value add from this company. They haven't prevented any theft or graffiti tagging at our condo association, but they do get residents towed for first time offenses.
No attempt was made to check my license plate against the list the HOA keeps. It was a one time in 8 year mistake and I should not have been towed for that- it's private property and no resident called to have me towed since I wasn't blocking anyone. If anything a note could have been left. This company works for US supposedly. We hire this security company and they do absolutely nothing to help I hate that my money goes to this company each month for NOTHING but headaches.
Yes I have encouraged the other homeowners to review this company. No one thinks they are doing a good job so I guess that's why he doesn't want the truthful reviews on here.
I call the actual cops any time there is a true security issue here because this security company is completely useless and wouldn't be able to respond timely anyway.

Security guard Shanica was very rude and disrespectful ! BEWARE of her she lacks coathe and has a very bad attitude. As long as she is working at this establishment i will not refer anyone or spend any of my money here. Please think twice before using this company.

Security Guards are disrespectful and takes advantage of their power. These guards should not be armed the way they treat the public. I would not trust this company or their workers..

We were on vacation in Oceanside at a RV park that One shield security monitors at night. Phaedra was working one night when we had an emergency with our son and had to take him to the emergency room. She was so sweet, gave us directions, greeted us back and wrote a note that night. We couldn’t of had a better experience in a bad situation. Thank you
