Phil lipitory office dropped the ball on me and didn’t pay my Francise taxes after I gave him money to pay and caused me 4000 dollars in fines and assessments and abandoned me and he hides behind gift baskets and acts like he’s not stealing his clients money

Been coming to Phil for 10+ years and all I can say is that he is a fantastic tax advisor God loving person. Thank you for all that you do!!

I really enjoy the atmosphere here at Phil Liberatore accounting firm. First I was greeted by Rosa who was very outgoing and personable. Then, meeting with Joseph Colombo was very refreshing. He took his time in crunching numbers and reporting. I so appreciate his patience and timeliness in completing my returns. Excellent accountant !!!A++++

Phil and his staff are wonderful. They are always very responsive and especially accommodating to my schedule if I need to make changes to my appointment time. They are thorough and very knowledgeable about all things taxes. If I can give more than 5 stars I would!

We have been blessed and grateful to have Joseph Colombo help us keep our taxes in order for the last several years and help us make the best decisions for taxes each year. He is patient, smart, and answers all of our questions in a timely manner. It’s a bonus if you have kids because they spoil them with chocolate and little toys. You will not regret choosing Philip L. Liberatore located in Cerritos for your taxes.
