We'd been here for more than 10 years with multiple policy. The only female person that really knows the insurance policy and most of all treated us professionally & as a client were not associated anymore with this insurance. The small old lady and the new lady who replaced Olive has a really bad attitude, I mean both of them. The old lady has been there for many years. They cannot even explain to me why my insurance payment went up. We have zero traffic ticket or car incident and even any mileage issues. The small old lady kept advising me to move to different insurance AAA because it is much cheaper and also, she said she's using AAA insurance. After being there for many years, she didn't mention it to me that info. Meaning she's a Liar human being. To all people seek auto insurance DO NOT COME WITH THIS PINOY GENERAL INSURANCE SERVICES. Try AAA insurance, they have many agent you can choose from. If one AAA insurance agent is not knowledgeable or not working properly then you can move to a different AAA insurance agent. But here Pinoy General Insurance Services you don't have any choice but to move out. B E - W A R E For your record, I'm Manuelito Matias with multiple policy holder. We had a cleaned record and been loyal to Mercury Insurance for more than 10 years. Our total payment went up to 150% without any specific reason except fluctuation. I asked many times "CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME TO FIND DETAILED INFORMATION WHY MY PAYMENT WENT UP TO 150%" to the old lady but the old lady cannot find it in my Policy in the computer. The old lady still cannot verify any possible cause. At this time, she starting to push me out from staying under Mercury Insurance and advising to move at AAA Insurance. She said it is much cheaper than Mercury Insurance. She confirmed that statement and say, "MAS MURA SA AAA KASI YAN ANG AUTO INSURANCE KO". Now, you tell me, how could she say that to me? You are working in Mercury Insurance Agent, and you have personal AAA auto insurance. During our conversation she was acted like mad and raising voice. I felt like I was a stranger inside your office and not a Mercury Insurance Policy Holder. Anyway, at that moment I am hopeless. Unlike before, If Olive cannot find my concern in the system, then she will make a call to Mercury Insurance for verification and consultation for any policy concern. Again, no mileage, ticket or incident issue. During our conversation the new lady who seated at Olive table were kept talking and talking like buzzy and keep repeating "SA MILEAGE YAN KAYA TUMAAS" without confirmation of her statement or even looking for my policy in the computer system. She acted like irresponsible agent and very unprofessional. She had a big mouth but very Low IQ, common sense was very poor and not able to handle any concern. To the owner, I spoke to you once and found you're such a nice professional person.
