Worst experience with his staff at the Mexican Consulate in Los Angeles. Luis Rodríguez an employee from ICS was rude, unprofessional, and lack of experience. I spoke with the supervisor Alexander Serrano who was very understanding, however, having a walkie talkie and have a certificate of 1 month training is not enough to fit the mission and vision of International Certified Safety Inc. please invest more in training!!!! Your staff really need it, specially Luis Rodriguez.
