I use VRC for all my shredding needs. The staff is very nice. They take your boxes out for you and provide certifications at the end of the transaction . I recommend this place.

We originally had Southern Shred for several years and then it was sold and I have been trying to cancel service. I called back in December and took them a month to get our box in the office and I have 2 people come by to get our shredding and one call and I have advised we no longer have the service. I was told they would come get our box and was sent to a wrong location. I finally got an invoice but does not detail anything. I called the office and was advise there are only 2 people to handle 12000 clients. Really need to hire more help NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON!

Complete waste of time if you are shredding your own documents. Now we just fill the boxes & hand them off to them.

Worked exactly as expected. Brought 4 boxes of personal documents to shredded. Got ticket at counter, took boxes to door at East side of building, they emptied the boxes into a plastic trash can, I followed and watched the trash can emptied into industrial shredder inside, waited behind the chain link safety fence and waited/watched as my documents were shredded. I didn't climb on a ladder and look into the industrial shredder but felt confident my documents were cut to tiny pieces; staples, binder clips, folders and all. Not sure what happened with other reviewer, but this service was exactly what I thought it would be. 4 very full boxes, $20.

No No and No. I went to the website to research having paper shredded and the website reads and has photos of bins they drop off for you to fill then pick up. So I filled out the quote request form they provide and waited 24 hours for a call back. Nothing. So I called and the woman who answered said they only take drop off. I asked her why would they advertise various services they don't offer and she first questioned my information then tried to pass me off. No thank you I've already found another company that does what they advertise.
