Have been using this company already five times really happy with your customer service pricing and the high-quality work they did for us

I Do not recommend this company. The staff is very unprofessional. The staff cannot even speak English correctly. It's difficult to understand what they are saying. Don't waste your time calling them. When you call and customer service answers the phone. Is like calling a different country. So sad. With all do respect. God bless all.

Excellent security coverage at very affordable and competitive pricing. 24/7 Dispatch Hotline that guarantees customer satisfaction at no additional cost. (Edit: they also have an awesome relations team to handle all issues and concerns)

The guards were friendly but professional, and they handled a couple of situations with calm heads and good judgment. The communication with their management was also solid and quick responses, no runaround, and they checked in a few times just to make sure we were happy with how things were going. Their customer service was awesome too. Any time we had a question or adjust they jumped on it right away and made it super easy. You don’t see that kind of follow-through very often anymore.

I wanted to express my utmost satisfaction with the exceptional security services provided by your team. From the moment we engaged with your company, the professionalism and expertise demonstrated by your staff were truly commendable. The service and action implemented have significantly enhanced our facility's security, giving us peace of mind knowing that our premises are well-protected. Your team's attention to detail, prompt responsiveness, and commitment to delivering high-quality services have exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Access Control Security to anyone seeking top-notch access control solutions. Thank you for your outstanding service and dedication to ensuring the safety and security of our property.
