My family packed everything carefully and they took everything out of our boxes and reorganized how they pleased. We had packed and organized and even color coordinated everything. They squished very valuable irreplaceable stuff into boxes with no care and no permission to do so. My mom cried for days and is still heartbroken. They didn’t ask before taking things out of boxes. They squished stuff into dressers and whatever they could taking our things out of the boxes we wanted them to go in and didn’t even consider talking to us first. We are missing stuff and don’t know where a lot of our things are. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and I hope no one else makes the same mistake. My family is absolutely devastated and heartbroken by the way our belongings were handled. They had 2 kids moving things and they were playing around with tools running around when their parents weren’t looking. They take multiple houses belongings at once which can very easily lead to mixup of belongings. There was boxes that said fragile and they were not treating it with care. If I could give 0 stars or even negative stars I would.

The moving team delivered a new chair and set it up in my home. They were courteous, respectful and had a high attention to detail. They wore shoe covers and gloves to ensure they did not track in outside dirt and debris. They were fantastic!

The delivery cure, Byron, Jesus and Jesse were great. They called and provided estimated arrival time and arrived on time. They brought in the furniture very carefully and wore booties over their shoes. They placed the furniture in their place and went through their process of airing out the cushions. They were pleasant and very professional. We were thoroughly happy with their service.

Excellent service! The delivery men arrived at the time promised and quickly and efficiently unpacked our furniture. Great care was taken to bring it into our house and set it up properly. White glove service all the way literally wearing white gloves. All packing materials were taken away in their truck. The men were polite and thoughtful. I was very impressed!

I love Arhaus! I bought the double chaise lounge online. I absolutely love it. I didn’t realize it would be as large of scale that it is, but I will make it work. I love the black metal and the dark gray cushion. I definitely recommend this piece of furniture. The 3 men that brought it into the back yard were quick, strong and polite. I am thankful it came with a fitted weather cover we finally got some rain Amen
