I began working with Gilbert beginning of 2025. As a first-time home buyer, Gilbert explained to me how real-estate worked and understood my family needs. He pairs and works with the best senior lending officers with the ultimate goal of getting the best rates possible. He'll answer every question or doubt you have. And he doesn't known the answer, he'll make sure your question doesn't go unanswered and looks for guidance. Gilbert is a good negotiator and seeks fairness between the seller/buyer. He's availability is great and works with the need of your schedule. Gilbert won't ghost you and will reply to you asap. Gilbert is always checking-in with his clients and is truly faithful. I highly recommend Gilbert to assist you with the BIGGEST purchase of your lifetime (YOUR HOME). Don't shy out, ask Gilbert about real-estate and your needs/goals with purchasing your home. Gilbert is bilingual in English/Spanish and can get you closer to your dream home. The Rincon-Magana family!
