I highly recommend Ric as a realtor. I am a realtor as well and during our transaction Ric maintained excellent communication, always answered the phone, and worked hard to represent his clients’ best interests. Ric successfully negotiated credits for repairs and helped us close escrow quickly and smoothly. A true professional to work with!
