Terrible security service. They service our HOA and my car has been broken into once and had another attempted break in - this has all happened in the past two weeks. I told the security manager after the initial break in and he said they would increase patrol in my neighborhood; obviously they do not have enough of a presence to deter crime. Very upsetting.

Very helpful in getting my guard card. Went above and beyond to help me

Would give a 0 if possible, someone hit my car at my condos and they never addressed my issue properly. I spoke to a lady she was nice, she got my info but no one ever contacted me back. I called back a week later and spoke to a man the manager there he had a horrible attitude from the beginning was extremely unprofessional rude and hung up on me. Unfortunately no district office to file a complaint. Please don't waste your time with them, I'm sure they are nice when you pay them but they avoid you when they gotta do their job!

I have been using JDS Security for over a couple years now and I've been a property Mgr for over 18 years and have used quite a few security companies and I have to say that JDS is one of the best that I have worked with. It's a peace of mind to know that when I go home at night, I don't have to worry about what goes on after hours because JDS are always on top of it and take care of any issues that may occur. & their report system also makes my job a whole lot easier when addressing issues. & Scott Staples the Sales Mgr for JDS has ALWAYS been professional and is NEVER inappropriate!!!!

Don't waste you time ladies and gents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take a professional word from a professional business woman.. The sales man (Scott Staples) wants romance and a contract!! Be careful ladies.
