Worked with Luis on getting an additional floor added and he was everything I was expecting and more. Easy to work with, understood what I wanted and went over multiple plans to get the right set up we wanted for our new addition. Always on time with communicating on designs, additional services, and overall project. Thankful for Luis, making this an easy process and always willing to recommend him to anyone looking for some architect projects.

It was a pleasure to work with Luis to build our ADU. He made the blueprints and dealt with the city for the permits, he made all the transactions very easy. Luis is very professional, communicative and timely with everything. We would not hesitate in hiring him again for another project.

Luis Davalos is a qualified professional. His analysis of my project was thorough. His conceptual drawings allowed me to see what my project would look like when completed. He showed up on time and completed all work in a timely manner. He also navigated the permit process for me so that I did not have to make unnecessary trips to the City permit department. He prepared a design according to my requests. He is also a very pleasant person to work with.

I am a active military and when I came back from deployment, I needed to get my permits approved by the city. Luis took this project as his own and help me on every step of the way, especially during underway times. He created, submitted, and followed up on all paper work to completion. He always gives honest professional advise that saved me a lot of money during this process. There is not enough words that I can say on how honest Luis is on his work! a true professional! I definitely recommend his work 100% high end results!!

I can’t say enough good things about Luis. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, fair, and most of all talented. Before speaking with Luis, we wanted a backyard retreat but after multiple contractors came through, they only took measurements and gave very little if any design ideas. So if my wife and I didn’t have the idea, then it wouldn’t ever happen. We were frustrated and lost. Then we found Luis Davalos… Even from the first meeting, he knew there were setbacks and possibly easements. He went to the city, did the research of what we can legally have done on our property. We gave him a list of things we wanted and he asked a lot of questions to make sure we were happy. He was very involved with us during the whole design process, every thing he sent to us was better than the last and the final design along with the 3D renderings blew us away. We originally felt he was very fair with his prices but now that he is done with everything, he is worth every penny and then some. By the end, he made sure to include everything that we wanted to have and put it all together so that we can now hand this to any contractor and say please make this! We have now started construction and will soon have our backyard oasis, we know that it will now be what we want before we started and we feel much better about spending the money because we know what it will look like before we started. Thank you Luis! You have completely exceeded our expectations.
