We received a good customer service.

After not being able to lower my $150 monthly bill for two (phones) data lines I switched to AT&t. As soon as the port forwarded to the new AT&T account, I was locked out of my Verizon account. I couldn't view anything in regards to how much I owed or was credited. No one at this location despite being a 'corporate' Verizon store could provide any information, assistance, or monetary resolve related to my account. The associate and manager said my only option was to call customer service. "We don't do billing/credits here". Lame! And thanks for passing the buck! So I called custy service # as instructed, and then received an associate in another country with a serious lack of english skills and understanding . SO NOT OK.

If you want to pay your bill it's great but if you're going in for tech advice save yourself a trip and call the tech on the Verizon site.

Everyone was helpful. Some have more knowledge and/or experience and may not have all of the answers.

Please answer me how this is the corporate store??? First observation, does the manager only check people in all day? She claims customers will be waiting for only her reps, what? Minerva has horrible customer service, her employees are amazing but you should have a manager who can multitask without being frustrated. I know the customer who has been with you for 21 years that you were very rude to ms. Solutions manager then when he blew up on you. Your company has just lost my business account you do not care about loyalty.
