After dealing with Iron Mountain, switching to Corodata felt like leaving a complicated relationship and finally finding someone who actually communicates. The Corodata team made the transition simple, answered my questions and did not make me feel like I needed a treasure map just to find my own records. Their staff has been responsive, professional and easy to work with from the beginning. From Thomas making sure that my inventory was updated to Susan Scheduling all of my pick ups. Everything has been much more organized and straightforward, which is exactly what you want when trusting a company with important documents. I am very happy I made the switch and would definitely recommend Corodata in Corona to any business looking for better service and fewer headaches.

I’ve had a great experience with Corodata in Corona. Their team is professional, friendly and always willing to help. They make the process easy and communicate clearly whenever there are questions or service updates. The staff takes pride in their work and it shows in the way they handle customers and their services. Whether it is records storage or shredding , they are dependable and focused on getting the job done right. Huge shoutout to Cristine as she is always helping me with my shred pick ups or if I have questions about my boxes being stored. She is amazing to work with! It is refreshing to work with a company that values customer service and builds strong relationships with its clients. I would definitely recommend Corodata to any business looking for a reliable and trustworthy partner.

I wanted to reach out and let you know how much I appreciate your assistance Jami Cabrera I had called the day prior to request that our service be changed back to our regular schedule, but the person I spoke(was not you) with did not send the confirmation email I requested or the new schedule . I wanted to ensure the changes were confirmed to prevent a driver from making an unnecessary trip to our office. When I followed up the next day , you were great, kind, and very efficient in sending the confirmation email and new schedule right away. Thank you again for the excellent service! jami Cabrera was great

Excellent customer service! Professional and quick! Turn around from first contact to pick -up was seamless and within 3 business days. Driver reworked schedule to pick up prior to our dismissal time. So appreciative of the accommodation for our staff and parents.

We are a new customer with Corodata. I am writing as we have found their service to be spectacular. They are extremely organized, highly communicative, objective focused and customer centered. We need service on a rush basis, they responded quickly, had a well organized onboarding process. We had a hiccup during the onboarding and initial pick-up, which was due to an error on or end. They were gracious about the matter. In correcting the error, I reached to their office for one person, who was not available. But I was immediately transferred to someone else who took ownership of the entire situation and bird-dogged it to its successful completion. In a world where many promise but do not deliver, I can honestly say their entire team delivers.
