Their father, who owns the business, should be very proud of them and the professionalism they bring to it. From the very beginning, anyone who answers the phone is always helpful. Penny, their coordinator, keeps everything organized and running smoothly. She is responsive, detail-oriented, and makes the entire process feel seamless before the move even starts. On moving day, the team is just as impressive. I’ve worked with Moses, one of their leads, several times, and he is outstanding. He manages the crew with precision and efficiency, keeping everything moving at a strong pace while still being incredibly careful. Ortega's was so professional. They called ahead to be sure items were ready for pick up and the delivery was on time. The gentleman delivering the item had it wrapped with furniture blanket and put in in place and set it up for my client!! I was impressed on all points!
