We've been working with this team since Oct. '25, and they've been fantastic every step of the way. We started with just an acrylic sign and they were the best for timing and cost compared to other vendors. We use ARC for large signage, small signage, badges, booklets, and various other physical pieces. Whenever we need something, they're just a quick email reply away. We often send multiple quotes to various vendors, and they not only match pricing if needed, but when the timeline seemed tight (on our end), Russ called us back and said they could actually make it work on a more flexible schedule. Their responsiveness to last-minute requests has helped us more than once. We once needed more conference badges printed the night before an event, and they came through. Every piece we've ordered has turned out even better than we expected, and they will work with you on the right materials and help with files/artwork if necessary. We run a ton of conferences and events throughout the year, and Russ, Taliya, Aaron, and the rest of the team have been amazing to work with - flexible on cost, quick to accommodate last-minute changes (sorry about those!), always friendly, and are proactively solution-oriented. Highly recommend this team to anyone who needs a printing partner they can count on!

I’ve trusted ARC in Costa Mesa for nearly 20 years, and they still amaze me every time. I hadn’t printed anything since before COVID (2019) and was nervous—yet they handled everything flawlessly. Custom board? No problem. Needed rare material? They drove to LA to get it. Last-minute typo? Reprinted and hand-delivered to Long Beach in just 2 hours. Special thanks to Bri and Phil—fast, friendly, and absolutely flawless.

I’ve used ARC several times for print projects these folks are always fantastic every time. Their attention to detail is second to none.   The team is responsive, professional, and really easy to work with. Whether I needed binders, die-cut tabs or the guts of  a proposal with z-folds, the quality has always been sharp and consistent. They offer excellent turnaround times on all the items, and they’re great about making last-minute changes when needed. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows. Highly recommended for anyone needing dependable and high-quality printing services!

Everyone at ARC is so professional and clearly enjoys what they do. They do student discounts which was much appreciated. For my senior show I needed a 4x6 presentation board which another printer had messed up. ARC saved the day though, I was able to email them the file Friday night and pick up the order on Monday at 3pm! I also printed a 40 page 11x17 spiral bound portfolio with clear cover & backer that was only $20! Will definitely continue to use them whenever I need something printed, they've got things down to a science.

I used this company on a University project for Cal State Long Beach. Our specifications were tough, in that the vinyl being used had to meet something that was Green with no added PVC in it. Riot was able to meet that spec and the colors that my client wanted. From sales to install, their staff was informative through the process and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely do business with them in the future and would recommend to others.
