Read and ask before signing/paying any agrements with Julian Catano & Patty. Sadly after many years as a client and referral to others, I received bad service, no proper communication, unreliable after no transparency disclosure of charges prior to agreement. And once confronted with questions the usual runaround and evasiveness. No concern for clearing up their mistake or lack of knowledge instead making absurd excuses. Expectancy of transparency, clear communication, respect, trust, informative answers and reliability is not here. Glad to cancel and never return.
