I called the shred company because I had some questions, and a lady named Katherine picked up the phone. From the very beginning, she was extremely professional, patient, and attentive to my concerns. She took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions in a sensitive and timely manner, and was able to help me reach a successful solution. Thanks to her, I was able to get a much clearer understanding of everything I needed assistance with. I truly want to highlight how professional, caring, and helpful she was throughout the entire experience.
