I'm surprised that this is not the first review I've written about a business in Los Angeles County, because this is the first business I've interacted with since moving here last years. After my acceptance into the Global Leadership and Change PhD program at Pepperdine, and after commuting to school from San Diego, California for a year, I decided to relocate. I needed an address. So, based upon a Google search for a mailbox near the Culver City Pepperdine location, I called Culver Mail Box. Minutes later, I was on the road to buy a box. It was part of my steppingstone to relocate here. From then on, they have been nice, professional, and informative. They have managed to keep the small town vibe going, which is great for La County. They know people and businesses. They are also reliable for mail, packaging, and other services you'd like to have access to when you are looking to get things quickly.

Thank you to Natalia and Michelle! I was a walk in for a LiveScan and these ladies made the process quick and easy. Which was tough since I couldn't seem to figure out how to "roll" my finger on the scanner, lol! They were patient and helpful, even to the point of holding my fingers and helping me roll them :-) A great place to go if you need a LiveScan!!

Natalia and michelle were very helpful and kind, friendly for an urgent envelope I was waiting .shipping was on great packaging and arrived super fast through FedEx. Quality service. I'm very satisfied!

I agree with Christina's review 3 months ago and others that say the ladies are impolite. I went in today morning to pick up a package. I greet the lady like normal and let her know I am there to pick up an order, she asks if it's from UPS, I then check and confirm it is. The email said I only needed my email and ID to pick up- the lady was without a reason making the process longer and more difficult than it needed it to be. She kept asking for a tracking number, and didn't think my ID and email were suffice as the email stated until mid-discussion as I kept explaining the email didn't say I needed a tracking number. It was a very redundant interaction with her. It's like they pick and choose who to be cordial to, IF those good reviews are true. No reason to make a pick up so hard, lady. Try being happy and enjoy the work of line you chose with all.

Culver Mail Box has been nothing short of exceptional. I really appreciate how transparent and easy the process is. Everyone here has been really friendly. I’ve been going here for many years, and have never been disappointed. I have also used the notary in addition to packaging services, and that’s been very convenient. It is always a nice mood boost to be here, especially for something as mundane as mail. But I can honestly say the level of customer service and friendliness has always been deeply appreciated!
