My experience with Estate Design & Construction, Inc. was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, the process was frustrating due to poor communication, missed expectations, and a lack of professionalism. I repeatedly had to follow up for updates, and it often felt like my concerns were ignored rather than addressed. The overall experience left me feeling like my time and business were not valued. I expected a company that would be reliable and stand behind its work, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I would not choose to work with this company again and cannot recommend them based on what I experienced.

Horrible management, dishonest quotes with an unscrupulous owner at the top. We were promised the project would take 3-4 months and it ended up taking almost 12 months. Not only we had to pay the extra rents for the 7 months that we could not move out, the owner, Mr. Benjamin, demanded that we pay extra for a mistake that his team made. Seven of the 10 doors already purchased could not be fitted. The fact that it was a mistake made by his construction team was not in dispute, but Mr. Benjamin insisted that we pay to get it fixed simply because he was not making money on our project. He threatened us, in front of some of his crews, that he could simply walk away, pull the permit and let us restart the lengthy process of applying for permits and inspections over again which would of course cost our business more than just simply pay the ransom. They also wanted to use cheaper sound proofing materials than promised verbally but was not clearly stated in the contract and we had to pay extra for their broken promises. Mr. Benjamin told us that the new guy he hired who wrote the contract no longer worked for him. Bottom line: the project was quoted for 120K, we paid 141K plus 42K for extra rent because of the 7 months delay, which was 3 times longer than estimated. All the worries and headaches we went through during the whole 7 months of uncertainty and delay cannot be quantified in term of money. Don’t deal with a person you cannot trust. We do not trust Mr. Benjamin.

Gil was great to work with and his team moved really fast to get the job done with the entire front and side of house exposed. He was very communicative and strived to deliver for my wife and I. He was present for every city inspection and would routinely come out to visit his team and ensure they were on pace

Estate Design and Construction really impressed me renovating our companies office. What stood out most was their reliability and transparency. The project manager kept us informed at every stage, and any concerns were addressed ASAP. The crew was professional, respectful of the property, and maintained a clean/safe work environment. Their work speaks for itself, and my company looks forward to collaborating with them on future projects!
