Our company was looking for a new VOIP phone system to replace our old MITEL system. We looked at everyone, did demos, received pricing and really looked for the best possible solution. Have used a few different voip solutions in my career. The ease of use to setup group calls and manage contacts (current status and priority) has been great. Haven’t had to use the call center analytics myself, but thought the amount of real-time reporting was pretty great! Could definitely see the value in those reports to help improve the customer experience.

Very competitively priced for circuits, consolidated billing (all locations), 1 "throat to choke" for service. Phones don't work. Maybe battery is dead in both handhelds. Anyway, I've been trying to get a hold of tech support, have left several messages that I want to cancel and no reply. I am very disappointed in the service, quality and function of this phone company. I'm having a hard time getting out as no one seems to care or is listening. I will continue to try to get a hold of someone.

We had a terrible experience with this company and they were very unprofessional in how they handled our account. After finding out that their system wasn't compatible with our chromebooks (this is after being assured by them that it would work) we canceled with them immediately. At the end of the month they decided to bill us anyways after having several discussions that it wasn't going to work out and to cancel our account. Now we aren't able to even get to anyone who will help us and we are being billed for cancellation fees. What kind of company does this?? We were impressed by the many features their phone system had to offer and maybe would have gone back if we had different computer but this was the straw that broke the camel's back. POOR POOR SERVICE!
